The Saratoga County Economic Opportunity Council is your community action agency. EOC helps people to help themselves, empowering and guiding families through times of crisis and uncertainty and providing a safety net for our neighbors who will always require assistance.

Since 1965, the Saratoga County Economic Opportunity Council has helped thousands of local families. EOC assists families address their immediate most basic needs. By helping these people in meaningful ways we have made a difference in thousands of lives.
