About Us
Our mission is to facilitate the enjoyment and understanding of our natural resources and to bridge the gap between people and nature. By inspiring sound environmental awareness, we promote responsible stewardship of all of our natural resources and strive to connect people of all ages with nature through experience-based education.
We offer over 250 different public programs throughout the course of a year. From nature walks, to outdoor puppet shows and from planetarium programs to tastings, there is something for everyone to enjoy!
We offer monthly home school classes for ages 4-12. Staff from the Center lead home schoolers in nature and science explorations using the Center's grounds and resources to engage students. Click on the links below to register for classes.
During the summer, we offer numerous camp experiences for ages 2-3 with their parents and ages 4-12 without a parent.
