  • About Us

We encourage people to discover the advantages and experience the pleasures of vegetarian food. We are an all volunteer non profit, and we welcome everyone, vegetarian or not. We host monthly catered dining events on Greenwood Ave in Seattle. We also give free cooking and nutrition classes around the Puget Sound.

Our biggest event of the year is Vegfest, held in the Spring of each year at the Seattle Center Exhibition Hall. This healthy vegetarian food festival features interesting speakers, chefs cooking demos, a huge selection of cookbooks and free food sampling - over 500 different kinds to try. There's even a kids section with entertaining clowns. To run this event takes more than a thousand volunteers, so we encourage everyone to check out the volunteer page on our website, and register to give us a hand.
