Innovators for Purpose

InnovatorsforPurpose (iFp) prepares high-potential diverse young people for the 21st century workplace by providing opportunities for students to work on real projects for real customers as well as experiential learning opportunities that develop marketable skills, increase access to postsecondary education and achieve economic mobility.

iFp is organized as a youth creative services agency and experiential STEM learning organization. Our youth creative services helps clients share their stories in unique ways. Under the guidance of professionals, students use design thinking and creative problem solving strategies as well as graphic design, multimedia production and web technologies to bring stories to life. Clients receive novel youth-inspired solutions, while simultaneously helping young people gain valuable hard and soft skills positioning them to standout on college applications, internships and career advancing opportunities.

iFp Creative Services projects have helped the Cambridge Redevelopment Authority showcase the City’s transformation from an industrial powerhouse into a biotech and tech mecca as well as highlighted MIT’s fabled "Genius" at 700 Main Street to the City’s many visitors, workers and residents.
