    To provide dignified, reliable, and sustainable community based and community supported transportation for older adults age 60 and older and individuals 21 and older with visual impairments in the Trident area consisting of Berkeley, Charleston and Dorchester Counties.

    About Us

    Just ten years ago, Senior Ride Charleston began providing rides to seniors and visually impaired adults. We have now provided over 68,000 dignified rides; taking our member riders to medical appointments, to church, providing a ride to the movies, to see grandchildren, to go shopping and to the hair salon (all very important places to go and things to do). We have been able to assist over 1,000 seniors and visually impaired individuals stay connected and enjoy our community.
