    The Turning Point's mission is to provide counseling, education and advocacy to those impacted by sexual violence. Serving Collin County and North Texas for more than 35 years, The Turning Point (formerly Rape Crisis Center of Collin County) provided over 2700 counseling sessions; reached over 24,000 individuals through our outreach and education programs; answered over 1700 crisis call through our 24-hr. hotline and provided over 420 forensic exams/medical accompaniments to victims of sexual assault.
