College Opportunities Resources for Education (CORE) Scholars Foundation

College Opportunities for Resources in Education (CORE) Scholars Foundation is a scholarship fund dedicated to making post-secondary education accessible and affordable for low income students. Our current program is a federally funded IDA-based savings program. Our current scholarship program is RISE - Reaching Independence by Saving for Education (RISE) Program. The purpose of RISE is to provide students with a vehicle to save money, learn personal finance skills, and earn a scholarship of $2,000 - $4,000. We are always looking for creative ways to build relationships with our students and ensure that our program is accessible for a diverse population of learners.
