Raise Awareness Educating and empowering public school teachers about housing options
Create Programs Working with banks to develop below market rate mortgage financing and providing down payment assistance for teachers who want to be homeowners
Advocate For Policies Lobbying federal and state level government to issue property tax breaks to landlords who rent and lease their properties to teachers and creating subsidized housing
Contribute to Stable and Affordable Housing Facilitate relationships with real estate developers and investment firms to provide housing development services for school districts
