    NVSC is a 5-year old non-profit, faith-based federation of over 13 congregations in seven counties that represents over 10,000 families. NVSC is a member of the PICO National Network, the largest congregation-based organizing effort in the country. The primary issues facing our communities are education, health care, affordable housing, immigrant rights, and neighborhood safety.
