About Us

Partnerships With Industry (PWI) is a nonprofit providing vocational opportunities, assessment, training and on-going support to individuals with developmental and other disabilities, including by not limited to: Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, autism spectrum, epilepsy, visual and hearing impairments, physical disabilities, and mental illness. 


Established in 1985, PWI proudly serves 650 people with disabilities each day so they can be successful in the workforce and share their many talents and ABILITIES impacting our economy and our community. PWI successfully creates win-win partnerships with more than 230 businesses through their supported employment programs that include Work & Training Centers with product assembly as well as working at community-based businesses.
