HUMAN RIGHTS CELL* (regd. No. 210/2019) is registered as a public charitable Trust, in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. Its National President/Managing Trustee acquired digital signature certificate with in a short period.

HUMAN RIGHTS CELL, shortly here after known as *HRC* , has acquired PAN NO( *AACTH1166N* ) and an account has been opened with BANK OF BARODA

HRC also sought 12A and 80G registration in the month of November 2019, four months after its registration, which is now pending with Income Tax Department. It is also under consideration to acquire TIN Number.( presently there are no permanant employees)

www.humanrightscell.com is the website of HRC, which needs further development. The organisation logo is in final stages of approval i.e accepted and advertised stage and the advertisement appeared on 18th. November 2019 for a perid of 120 + 20 days which ended on April 9th. 2020. The outcome is pending due to COVID LOCKDOWN from March 24th. 

The organisation profile is listed with GUIDE STAR INDIA, for further credibility with GSN 11330. HRC profile is listed with WORLD ASSOCIATION of NGOs ( WANGO ), INTERNATIONAL COUNCIL OF VOLOUNTARY AGENCIES ( ICVA ) and UNITED NATIONS data base. 

With in short period of 10 months, HRC acquired international status by being Associate Member of 

CIVICUS INTERNATIONAL, Johnsburg, South Africa which is having consultative status with ECOSOC, 

UNITED NATIONS ORGANISATION.

HRC works for CONSUMER RIGHTS, CHILD RIGHTS, WOMEN RIGHTS, HUMAN RIGHTS and is also engaged in organising sports for youth, skill development programs for youth and under previleged women for self sustaiainability. 

Youth and Women empowerment, eradication of child labour, drug de-addiction, Right to Information Act etc.. are on our major agenda. Cultural engagement, protection of indigenous tribes and their cultural & religious patterns, empowering Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Classes both socially and economically, poverty alevation and especially among those who are disadvantaged due to policies of the government are on our agenda.

Fundamental rights enshrined in the constitution of India, and can be enforced in a court of law and equal to all citizens irrespective of language or ideological differences or place or religion.

Right of a person, cannot override the rights of other individuals. In the name of freedom of speech, you cannot use offensive against whom you dislike. Minority rights are also subject to giving respect to the majority. Assassinations/killings/kidnapped by certain elements justifying in the name of natural justice is deplorable. Law cannot be taken into one’s hands in the name of demand for justice

The terrorists and left extremists are responsible for serious abuses including destruction of schools & hospitals, extortion , torture, rape and killing. These are very serious human rights violations.

HUMAN RIGHTS violations in Pakistan are more pronounced. Pakistani Islamist groups committed genocide on minority groups of Ahmadiyas a sect of Islam, Sikhs, Buddhists, Christians and of course the Hindu population in Pakistan and Bangladesh have been decimated. 

HUMAN RIGHTS violations in Pakistan were sounded by a Baloch Leader Mehran Marri and are attested by a Pakistani journalist Mona Allam.

A biased stance, against certain class of people cannot be termed human rights.
