    Shepherds College, located in Union Grove, Wisconsin, is a faith based, non-profit and the country's leading three-year post-secondary educational program for students with intellectual disabilities. Because people with intellectual and developmental disabilities have unrealized God-given potential, Shepherds College provides a uniquely designed learning environment for our students to discover and maximize that potential, so they each are empowered to lead a fulfilling life. When you learn in an environment designed specifically for you, you thrive!

    We actively recruit to hire full time, part time, interns and co-op (fellowship) types of roles throughout the year including: instructors, paraprofessionals, advisors, student life staff and leadership roles. We are now expanding internship opportunities to include other departments such as marketing, human resources and advancement. We offer both gap year and teacher residency programs that include housing!
