Rise Now's mission is to provide the support and services to ensure Flushing residents achieve financial self-sufficiency and economically empowerment. We work towards this with various initiatives, from advisory services for fledgling entrepreneurs, resource navigation for both young adults and seniors, as well as offering affordable loans and capital access to small business owners in Flushing.

Rise Now is well placed to offer meaningful support to fledgling entrepreneurs, small businesses and Americans in the greatest need because of our record of targeted initiatives designed to address specific needs of the different populations of NYC and uplift future generations of community leaders. Not only does Rise Now directly provide accessible financial resources for individuals and small businesses struggling in the face of gentrification pressures, we also provide technical assistance and training to help people incorporate their ideas into formal businesses to support the entrepreneurial spirit of our community members. Moreover, we work with local senior centers and tutoring programs to incorporate financial literacy education into local programming in order to protect our community from predatory financial practices and products. In this way we provide a suite of services designed to ensure the financial stability, wellbeing and sustainability of local residents, but also our community more broadly.
