Round Star Foundation
Round Star Foundation (RSF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to extending the many benefits soccer can provide to every individual. RSF is committed to increasing access to high quality soccer activities, training and education. We believe that soccer is an invaluable tool not only for physical development, but for social inclusion, engagement, and a powerful mechanism for strengthening communities.
RSF also focuses on working with individuals within the special needs community, including children and adults with developmental and intellectual delays such as Autism and Down Syndrome, for whom soccer becomes an essential tool in their overall well-being and success.
We also extend internationally by making soccer instruction available in developing countries and by providing free equipment.
We offer sports programming, organize competitions and sports related events. We also offer scholarships for participation in sports programs and donate sports equipment to communities in developing areas (nationally and internationally).
Round Star Foundation partners with Super Soccer Stars to provide soccer programming to children and youth in the USA and around the world. Since its inception in Fall 2000, Super Soccer Stars has been providing outstanding soccer development instruction to children in over 200 schools, childcare centers, and facilities in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Boston, Los Angeles and Miami. Super Soccer Stars currently hold 900 classes per week for over 8,000 boys and girls ages 2 and up. Super Soccer Stars coaches are licensed professionals and receive intensive training in soccer education and child development.
