Mission
The mission of PCS is to improve health, social, and economic inequalities for disadvantaged minority adults, families, and youth through programs that empower individuals to take actions increasing the quality and years of healthy life and eliminate health, economic, and social disparities.

Proactive Community Services (PCS) is a 501(C) (3), non-profit, human service organization located in Flossmoor, Illinois. The geographic service area includes communities in Southern Cook County Illinois, approximately 30 miles south of Chicago.
