Our Mission is to provide an affordable, safe, and family-friendly environment for children to spend quality time with their parents. To provide safeguards for the emotional and physical well-being of parents and their children, and to prevent further acts of violence to survivors of domestic abuse.The Armand Center provides professional supervised visitation and monitored exchange services in Montgomery County, Maryland.
