ENABLING LEADERSHIP INC

Enabling Leadership is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering children from underserved communities with critical life skills and values essential for their future success. The organization believes that every child, regardless of their background, has the potential to become a leader in their community, provided they are equipped with the right tools and opportunities. Through innovative programs that leverage football, music, and Lego-based activities, Enabling Leadership nurtures critical skills such as problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and creativity. These programs are designed to bridge the gap between traditional education and the practical skills needed for success in the modern world. By focusing on children aged 10 to 15, particularly from low-income schools, Enabling Leadership creates safe, engaging environments that foster learning, personal growth, and a sense of agency.

Currently, the organization works with over 10,000 children across urban and rural India, as well as in Cambodia and Kenya. Enabling Leadership’s programs are deeply aligned with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDG #4), aiming to provide inclusive and equitable education that fosters global citizenship.
