    The Passaic River Coalition (PRC) is a non-profit, 501(c)3 watershed association in northern New Jersey that addresses a wide range of watershed management issues for the full basin, including ground water protection, wetlands and flood plain protection, riverbank parks planning, water supply management, cleanup of toxic and hazardous sites, land preservation and public education. The PRC Land Trust, one of these major projects, now encompasses 1600 acres in over 50 properties.
