    Our “Hope Village” provides working displaced (homeless) families a chance to own a truly low-cost home of their own in which to raise their children, build equity, and stabilize communities so the City and all its people can thrive.

    About Us

    Heart's Place provides food, clothing, and (soon) shelter to the most vulnerable members of Baltimore city. We're developing Hope Village to offer affordable housing to people who make only minimum wage or less.
