The African integrated initiatives for community development is an indigenous not for profit, non governmental organization that was formed in 1993 by people who believed in bringing different ideas together to foster community development

A team of volunteering surgeons from the US perform an eye surgery at AIICD's health center. Such services are done to poor African clients for free.
