We are a diverse community of practitioners and those interested in developing practices, tools and skills that create a positive impact in the workplace. Our work is grounded in social and behavioral sciences and research, and optimizes organizational change and performance.
We provide innovative programs, events and web-based forums where participants learn from thought leaders as well as each other.
Our vision is to support the transformation of people, organizations and communities. We make organizations work better!
We provide the following development opportunities to our members:
- Mentoring & Community Building for New/Transitioning Members to discuss the field of OD and career plans.
- Monthly Programs facilitated by nationally and internationally respected authors, professors, and organizational consultants. Programs are held at various NYC venues and are free for members. Non-members may attend any of our monthly programs for $25.00 if they register on the website prior to the event or $35.00 at the door.
- Website that provides news, articles, membership directory and event promotions relevant to professional development.
- Networking opportunities by having full access to the member database of information (available to active members only).
Whether you are a relative newcomer to the field, an experienced practitioner, or somewhere in between, you will have opportunities to build relationships with other like-minded professionals.
