Founded in 1907 and rooted in our faith traditions of charity and justice, Catholic Charities supports families, aging adults and adults with disabilities, and youth through human services and opportunities for healthy growth and development. For more than 110 years, the donors, volunteers, and staff of Catholic Charities have offered solutions and support to vulnerable people, responding to society’s most critical issues with compassion and opportunity. Together, we provide youth, families, homeless individuals and families, and seniors with strength and hope through stabilization, empowerment, and enrichment programs.
The lack of permanent housing often compounds numerous challenges including medical, social, psychological and vocational. Our residential care facilities, distribution of housing subsidies and wrap-around case management provide vulnerable people with freedom to focus on restoring stability and hope in other areas of their lives.
