    The Citizen Advocacy Program/The Arc of New Jersey is committed to securing for all people with the developmental disabilities of mental retardation, cerebral palsy and/or epilepsy, the opportunity to choose and realize their goals of where and how they live, work and play. The Program provides case advocacy services and volunteer advocates to people living in Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester Counties in New Jersey.
