About Us

We believe everyone was born complete and should have equal access to resources. Based on life circumstances and traumatic events, some people feel stuck in destructive patterns. AHE envisions a world where everyone has the opportunity to recognize their fullest potential and to experience total health and inner peace, regardless of what they were born into. By teaching skills that improve mental health and emotional stability, our partners are learning how to meet their basic needs and are raising children who have new hope for a bright future.

Our mission is to end the cycle of generational trauma and related physical, social, and emotional dysfunction including addiction and substance abuse, by providing resilience training to the most vulnerable people with a history of trauma.

The life coping skills we teach to women and families help to end the emotional suffering so our clients can meet their own basic needs, find self-love, and in turn raise healthy children who are free from their ancestors’ burdens.

Our model is a 3-part process and was designed in partnership with 1994 Genocide Survivors in Rwanda. Up until recently most of our work took place on Rwandan soil, and we have experienced so much success that we want you to be able to access our services from anywhere in the world!

The AHE 3-Part Solution

1. Resources to heal and overcome trauma or addiction.

2. A platform for global collaborative exchange.

3. Access to business development skills.
