    The Fair Housing Enforcement Program's mission is to carry out the purpose of the Fair Housing Act by promoting integration and eradicating all discriminatory practices throughout the housiing industry. We ensure equal access to housing opportunities in Hawai'i by assisting individuals with complaints of unlawful discrimination by providing advocacy, community education and outreach, and by investigating sources of fair housing violations.
