Executive Service Corps (ESC) of the Triangle

Executive Service Corps of the Triangle (ESC) provides affordable consulting and capacity building services to Triangle nonprofits to help them achieve their missions.

Our services are provided by dedicated and experienced former and current executives who are committed to making a difference in their communities through pro bono work. Our volunteer consultants come from a variety of management backgrounds in the for-profit and nonprofit sectors, government and academia.

Nonprofit agencies are charged a nominal fee for services based on their operating budget and contracted scope of work. Our consultants donate their time and expertise, so our fees are only to cover overhead expenses. Because of our pro bono consultants,nour services are much more affordable than standard consulting. Sponsorships are available, if needed, to help defray even these modest fees.

We have been serving Triangle nonprofits since 1987. We are part of a national affiliate network of 14 member organizations.

ESC provides capacity building to nonprofits in Orange, Wake, Durham and Chatham counties. Services include:
