  • About Us

The Northwest Association for Global Affairs (NWA) is a non-profit organization which seeks to support and foster students’ understanding and education of international affairs through experiential learning opportunities that complement the classroom. The NWA does this through direct and indirect support to organizations that facilitate student involvement in these opportunities, as well as the execution of one large-scale conference per year (Northwest Model United Nations) that simulates the United Nations. Finally, the NWA provides opportunities not only to learn about international affairs, but also to develop leadership & professional skills that will help prepare student participants for success in their future careers.
