We’re Palo Alto Housing-nice to meet you! We’re Bay Area locals, and we’ve been in Palo Alto since the '70s. We’re an independent non-profit agency that builds, develops, acquires, and manages low- and moderate-income housing in Palo Alto and the San Francisco Bay Area. We provide high-quality, safe housing; subsidized rents to the greatest degree possible, and support our residents in reaching their goals through the Resident Services program.

We believe that everyone has their own story, yet we all want the same thing: we want what’s best for our families; we want to do meaningful work. We believe that communities benefit when people can afford to live in them, and that when it comes down to it, nothing is more valuable than people. See you around town!
