    About Us

At Fedcap Families, a program under Fedcap Maine, our mission is to inspire each Mainer who comes through our doors to pursue a meaningful and gainful career to create a more economically secure future for their family through access to employment, education, and community resources.

All children deserve a safe, stable, and nurturing home. At Fedcap Maine, we’re on a mission to make this a reality.

Working one-on-one with parents and caregivers, we help families achieve economic stability through meaningful employment. Our support is personalized and comprehensive, addressing the many challenges individuals and families face when working toward a better future. Services include educational support, employment services, life skills classes, and practical support. When families require support beyond our services, we lean on our strong network of community partners to provide what they need.

Fedcap Maine operates it’s own Fedcap Families program. This is part of the TANF-ASPIRE Program administered by the Maine Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Office for Family Independence.
