    Jelly's Place was founded in 2017 to be an advocate for the lives and dignity of urban animals who are homeless, abandoned, impounded, sick, or injured, by providing responsible care, placement, and community education with the commitment to the No-Kill philosophy. Jelly's Place serves West Contra Costa County and especially the cities of Richmond and San Pablo. Jelly's Place is a 501c(3) community nonprofit organization and donations are tax deductible.
