  • Mission

The Supportive and Palliative Care Services Team works with patients - and those important to them - in identifying treatment choices and goals for medical care based on their wishes and values, and documenting these. The goal is to improve quality of life for patients and their families.

    About Us

The Supportive and Palliative Care Services Team includes board-certified palliative care physicians, nurse practitioners, specially trained nurses, social workers and chaplains. The team works with a patient's other doctors to provide an extra layer of support. Supportive and palliative care is appropriate at any stage in a serious illness, and it can be provided along with treatments meant to cure.
