  • Mission

Our program is a place where people who are pregnant and postpartum can connect, receive therapy, parenting and infant support.

    About Us

The Healthy Expectations Intensive Outpatient Program is housed under Women's Behavioral Health and Wellness at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. It is the first and only perinatal specific program in the state of Colorado. It is designed to help individuals who are pregnant or up to one year postpartum who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and mood challenges. The program is a 8 week program, 3 days a week where moms can bring their babies up to 1 year old into the adjacent playroom. We are looking for volunteers to help in our playroom take care of these babies so moms can be together in group.
