At edwell, our mission is to close the psychological safety gap in schools. Students and staff across the country do not feel safe, loved and connected, and this impedes both teaching and learning. We promote whole school wellness by equipping teachers with the knowledge and tools to support student wellbeing, offering access to wellness coaching for all adults, and coaching leaders to improve psychological safety in their schools. We support individual educators and encourage system leaders to tend to the needs of the whole educator and the whole child, so that we can keep great talent in our schools and improve outcomes.
