  • About Us

The mission of the Northwest Arkansas Workers’ Justice Center (NAWJC) is to support religious congregations, workers and their organizations, and community groups in their efforts to improve wages, benefits, and working conditions. The Workers’ Center was opened in Northwest Arkansas because it is the heart of the poultry industry, Wal-Mart, an enormous construction boom; and there are no other workers’ rights groups in this area.
