The Mission of Life Choice Hospice The mission of Life Choice Hospice is to provide the best, most professional care and comfort to individuals in the very late stages of life, and to provide education, support and bereavement care to their loved ones. We are committed to affirming and restoring dignity and control by listening, offering choices, and providing compassionate, holistic care. Our interdisciplinary team of professionals are leaders in medical, ethical, spiritual and educational issues related to end-of-life, and are passionate in their efforts to promote positive change by fostering awareness and educating the public.

The Hospice Volunteer Life Choice Hospice volunteers are members of a dedicated group of loyal and sensitive individuals who selflessly give to help ensure our mission of hospice care is delivered with compassion and care. Committed to excellence, each hospice volunteer has a profound impact on the lives of our patients and their families. Volunteers are an integral part of the Hospice Team. The scope of the volunteer program is unlimited. The wide variety of volunteer roles include; companionship volunteers, pet thearpists, Reiki volunteers and administrative volunteers. Training will be provided to make sure each volunteer is given the instruction needed to guarantee a positive experience. Join us, share your talents, compassion and love with a Hospice patient and family.

As little as one hour a week is helpful, and arrangements can be customized to accommodate each volunteer’s personal schedule.
