Second Chance Covenant Ministry (SCCM), is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization with a long-standing track record in serving the community, comprised of over five years supporting outreach initiatives including providing for seniors known as a vulnerable population.

Our mission is comprised of healing the brokenhearted, serving those forgotten communities to let them know they have support, especially during these unprecedented times.
