    Established in 1919 as the Jewish Council of Yonkers, JCY/Westchester Community Partners has a well-earned reputation for being a committed and effective organization which continues to serve Westchester County. Our mission is to strengthen the community, to improve the quality of our children’s education, to build coalitions, and to improve relations between Yonkers’ diverse ethnic, racial, and religious groups. JCY/Westchester Community Partners has partnered with other agencies to creatively engage the older adult population in meaningful recreational, social, educational and cultural programs. - We have responded to the educational and social needs of local students through a variety of programs.
