  • Mission

    Santa Maria Urban Ministry provides our community with a safe, welcoming place for basic services that meet short-term needs, and educational and targeted services to promote permanent, uplifting transformation.

    About Us

    Each month we address the basic needs of our community with these services:

    Emergency food for about 1,600 individuals, including about 700 children.

    Clothing from our community donors.

    In addition, we offer two educational programs for young people:

    ABC Playtime-Children ages 3-5 are prepared for kindergarten academically and socially in our on-site facility.

    Studio-Students grades 1-6 have access to our computer lab and receive assistance with homework during the school year.
