Our goal is to promote inclusion, understanding and acceptance by expanding opportunities for individuals, families and communities touched by Down syndrome. The mission of The Foundation is to empower lives for a brighter future by facilitating projects that enhance the welfare, education, health, and artistic and athletic abilities of individuals with Down syndrome. The vision of The Foundation is to create an environment where people with Down syndrome are included in every facet of the community.

We envision a day where people with Down syndrome are fully included in their communities: working, playing, studying and living together with their peers.

We believe that the more opportunities any individual is given the greater the likelihood of their success. Every successful athlete, academic achiever or musical prodigy has many dedicated hours of practice, study and effort. It is our goal to provide more and more opportunities throughout the community for individuals with Down syndrome to be involved and included - not just because it is the right thing to do, but because we know EVERYONE will benefit from it! We provide scholarships, educational / informational programs, community / business partnerships to improve inclusion and legislative and political advocacy for issues related to individuals with developmental disabilities like Down syndrome.
