Rhode Island Center for Law and Public Policy

To provide access to legal services to low income Rhode Islanders, small non-profit agencies and for profit small businesses, as well as to develop public policy initiatives for the betterment of all Rhode Islanders.

Rhode Island Center for Law and Public Policy (RICLAPP) is a non-profit 501(C) (3). and providesaccess to legal services to the low to moderate income Rhode Islanders. We are proactive by partnering with senior centers providing the most vulnerable with access to legal services in a familiar and comfortable setting, we also provide home and nursing home visits when needed.

Our small business development allows individuals who would like to start up a for-profit business or non-profit agency who have limited resources. We provide consultation on business startups and a strong foundation to develop their business.
