Father Woody's Haven of Hope Wellness Program.

Father Woody's Haven of Hope is a day shelter that serves the homeless and idigent in Denver.

A recent expansion has offered the Wellness Program expansion as well! We have more room for classes such as Yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong, etc..

Currently we have: Chair Massage, Yoga classes, Meditation group, and Laughter Yoga.

Our goal is to continue to fill the space with a well rounded variety of Wellness serices: Acupuncture, Chiropractic service, Tai Chi and/or Qigong, etc!
