At Brakin Out Inc., we are dedicated to empowering at-risk youth by offering mentorship and support to help them break out of their past and build a brighter future. Our programs are designed to provide second chances, one-on-one personal mentorships, and empowering initiatives that inspire growth and success. We believe in creating a positive and enjoyable environment where both mentors and mentees can thrive.

We’re not just any nonprofit; we believe in getting work done while having fun. Our work environment is one where you’ll be excited to come to work, feel happy, and show our mentees that adults know how to have fun too. After successfully operating in Tampa, Florida, we are excited to bring our mission to Dallas, Texas, and continue making a positive impact in this new community.
