    The Duffy House mission is to provide a compassionate safe haven that encourages security, personal growth, happiness and independence for women and their children who are survivors of sexual assault and domestic abuse.

    Services The Duffy House will provide:

  • Undisclosed 200-bed shelter for female domestic violence and sexual assault survivors and their children for up to 2 years
  • Appropriate accommodations can be made for male victims and their children
  • 24/7 crisis hotline for shelter entry and/or informational and referral
  • 24/7 Secure property
  • Court and System Advocacy - Legal guidance
  • Individual and group Counseling
  • Job Training and Resume Building
  • Alternative Healing
  • Yoga and healing activities
  • Therapeutic Horse Riding Program
  • Safety and Self Defense classes
  • Kick Boxing Training
  • Relaxation and Quiet areas
  • Child Care for all ages
  • Children's advocacy
  • Counseling Services for Children
  • Children's Development and Resource Center

    The Duffy House will offer care and comprehensive support services to keep families stabilized as they progress to independent living. It's nurturing and superior care of clients set the highest of standards. No distinction is made between individuals served on any basis - gender, race, creed, color, ethnic origin, or any other attribute.
