The mission of TerraCorps is to prepare and mobilize emerging leaders to help communities conserve and steward land for people and nature.

TerraCorps, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering early career development through service-based learning in environmental conservation, sustainable farming, and food systems sectors. Our AmeriCorps program provides hands-on experience, mentorship, and professional growth opportunities for emerging leaders committed to making a difference at the community level. In addition to developing future leaders, we focus on nonprofit capacity building through member service, helping organizations expand their local impact and effectiveness. We believe in the power of local nonprofits to best understand and serve their communities and mobilize dedicated service members to get things done.
