    Byrd Barr Place helps to ensure that all people in the Seattle area have the opportunity to be self-sufficient by providing access to basic needs and programs that educate and nourish, creating a thriving community of neighbors helping neighbors.

    We provide a comprehensive Energy Assistance Program for over 10,000 Seattle households annually, a Food Bank that feeds more than 800 families every week, and a Financial Education Program that helps clients acquire tools they needed to forward their financial success.
