  • Mission

Koenig Childhood Cancer Foundation (KCCF) provides life-saving financial and emotional support to children battling cancer and their families. Founded in 2020 by then-11-year-old cancer survivor Elana Koenig, KCCF has grown into a multi-million-dollar global charity dedicated to making sure no child fights alone.

    About Us

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, NY our mission is driven by compassion, resilience, and action. We are 100% volunteer-run and committed to using every dollar raised to directly impact children’s lives-whether through emergency medical assistance, gift bag deliveries to hospitals, or hosting international summer camps for survivors. Volunteers are at the heart of everything we do, and we welcome people who want to make a real difference in the lives of young fighters and their families.
