Brooklyn Acts

Brooklyn, NY

  • About Us

Brooklyn Acts is a free, volunteer-driven community-based performing arts program that seeks to influence positive community change by providing access to creativity and the arts to Brooklyn youth in order to collaboratively create a platform for self-expression through art and performance. With the facilitation of adult leaders, Brooklyn Acts members have had the opportunity to gain skills, grow self confidence, and develop personal growth through theater, music, and other artistic modalities. In addition, members serve as an inspirational model for fellow community youth when representing Brooklyn Acts in community performances.
