    About Us

    F BITES (Food Based Interventions with Technology Energy and Science) is a Minority-founded

    nonprofit that focuses on workforce development with youth and adults through culinary instruction.

    Bobby Anderson founded F BITES in 2009, and the organization was incorporated in 2016. F BITES

    started as an afterschool program and has now expanded to reentry programs in Niagara County

    Jail, providing food for nursing homes, in-school and after-school programs, adult workforce

    development programs, and a below-cost café serving an often-underserved area of Niagara Falls,

    NY. F BITES believes all people should have a level playing field when it comes to education and how we learn, so we all have access to

    gainful employment. Furthermore, providing the proper tools to invest in the health & wellness of our

    families. Which will ensure the opportunity for all to prosper and thrive in our communities.
