Mente is a movement to free our minds. A Latino-led mental health media company with a mission of building community and fostering a sense of belonging so diverse, younger generations can take their mental health futures into their own hands.

Mente is Dedicated to promoting positive change and acceptance of mental health issues in underserved communities, our mission is to engage and support the Gen Z generation through their most frequently used distribution channels. We achieve this by: 1)Organizing impactful social and educational events that foster awareness and provide valuable mental health resources; 2) Developing targeted campaigns that address specific mental health challenges and stigmas; 3)Collaborating with influencers and social media figures to amplify our message and reach a broader audience; 4)Providing fact-checked information and psychoeducation that counteracts commonly found misinformation on social media platforms. Our initiatives are designed to debunk myths, promote understanding, and encourage acceptance of mental health issues within our target communities, ultimately fostering a supportive and informed environment.
