  • Mission

    GFWC Madison Heights Women's Club is a part of the General Federation of Women's Clubs - the largest volunteer women's organization in the world. The purpose of the GFWC Michigan is to unite the women's clubs of Michigan in service projects which enhance lives as well as improve communities by creating and diffusing an enlightened public opinion while focusing on today's community needs and concerns.

    About Us

    We have been around since 1977 and currently have 90 members from 14 communities, 10 of which are founding members. We promote Art, Citizenship, Conservation, Domestic Violence Prevention, Education, Health Awareness, International Understanding, Leadership, Legislative and Public Issues, Literacy, Networking, Personal Growth, Substance Abuse Prevention, Veterans and Military Families, Women and support of the homeless and needy.
